There is no fee to complete this preliminary application. A fee will be due only upon completion of an official application through PSYCAS after January 15.
Please have your GPA, GRE scores, prior clinical, research, and employment positions, and names and addresses of references available before starting this preliminary application.
Item 39 (a description of your educational and career goals, personal strengths, and areas for improvement) is not required at this time. It can be prepared separately and then inserted from a Word Document into the PSYCAS application. For now, you may answer #39 as “to be completed”.
