We need your input as a cancer survivor. We are developing an educational program for doctors who are training to become family doctors or oncologists (cancer specialists). The program is about the care of cancer patients after treatment is complete, often called follow-up or survivorship care. The family doctor trainees and cancer specialist trainees will be learning together in this course. The course is being developed by a national team of educators, clinicians, postgraduate trainees and survivors with funding from the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer (CPAC).

Your feedback is anonymous and will help guide our choice of topics to include in the training. The survey will take approximately 2 minutes to complete.
To help us choose what topics to include in this time-limited program, please tell us how important each of the following would be for trainee learning.
