Please complete this form to request the KGH Library Service carry out a literature search, in support of NHS work or research, on your behalf giving as much detail as you are able.

Literature searches will normally be completed within 10 working days of the request being made, although alternative deadlines may be negotiated depending on the nature of the request.

If your enquiry is related to study or training (essay or dissertation), we will still offer training and support to find the right kind of information but we cannot undertake the search for you. If the information is required for a private (non-NHS) patient, personal reasons or interview, we are happy to carry out the search for you but there is a charge of £50 plus VAT.

Separate applications should be submitted for searches on unrelated topics.
