Third Sector Awareness Questionnaire - Public

Thank you for taking the time to complete this questionnaire. Wandsworth Clinical Commissioning Group (WCCG) is improving the access and visibility of charitable and voluntary sector services (also known as Third Sector services) for you. We really value your help and opinion. It is important to Wandsworth CCG that health professionals and the public are aware of, and have good access to, these services and organisations that are available to Wandsworth residents.

Over the coming months the WCCG will work with you to increase the visibility and accessibility of these valuable community resources and in order to evaluate the effectiveness of our work, we may ask you to complete this questionnaire again in the future.
