Disability Action Plan - Community Survey 2012

Question Title

Maribyrnong City Council is developing a new Disability Action Plan in 2015.

The Action Plan will aim to make the City of Maribyrnong a better place to live, work and visit for people with a disability, their families and carers.

This survey is an opportunity to have your say on what council's priorities should be for the next three years for improving the accessibility of the community for people with a disability.

We will use the information you provide (as well as information from other council surveys) to help develop the Disability Action Plan.

It is okay if you only answer some of the questions.
