Chorley Council is proposing to make improvements to Carr Brook Linear Park (Trim Trail) which runs from Swansey Lane to Westwood Road. We want to seek your views as to what work should take place, the responses collated from this survey will aid a master plan to be drawn up for the site and subsequent managment plan. Habitat, greenspace and play enhancements are proposed including woodland management, bridge replacement, path resurfacing and play/trim trail equipment. Over the next month you will start to see some improvements happen, with work beginning on the bridges and cutting back overhanging vegetation.
