Grateful Dead Survey

* 1. I am conducting a survey for my senior thesis at Albright College. If you could please answer the following questions, it will help me to gather more information about the Grateful Dead and its community. In addition, all participants in this survey will remain anonymous. It will be completely confidential. The survey should take about 10 minutes and it is completely voluntary.

Although it would be appreciated if you could answer all questions, you can stop at anytime. You can skip any question at any time. You can also choose to stop taking the survey at anytime. There will be no penalty for skipping questions or exiting the survey before completion.
