75 DOROTHYS – THE EVENT 3-6pm – 18TH OCTOBER, CITY PARK, BRADFORD
Bradford arts company 'Irregular (Arts)' are creating 75 Dorothys - a 'flash mob' of 75 women and girls from all over Bradford, of every age and background, promenading in their ‘ruby slippers’.
An exclusive screening of a short film, ’75 Dorothys’ made by Irregular artist Shanaz Gulzar through our Oz workshops, followed by an exclusive 75th anniversary screening of the classic MGM musical film, 'The Wizard of Oz’ starring Judy Garland will be FREE on the Bradford Big Screen.
Short film screenings: between 3 and 4pm
Flash mob: about 3.30pm
The Wizard of Oz screening: 4pm
