2014 Collective Bargaining Membership Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Your bargaining team has just passed the 60 day mark in our negotiations with the city and we request your additional guidance. This survey contains only two specific questions that will help your bargaining team to better understand the will of the membership. If possible, please try to answer these questions before Tuesday for this is the next date we meet with the city to bargain.

It is the goal of the AFA Bargaining Committee to represent the will of the membership as best as possible on the issues that are most important to the membership, to this end we need your feedback and direction. PLEASE ONLY TAKE THE SURVEY ONCE. Again, thank you for your time.

Question Title

* Please enter your TXFER Number. Entering this number will help to ensure that only one survey is filled out per member. The bargaining team has NO interest in who is taking the survey or how they are answering, an accurate survey with only one answer per member is needed to ensure we know what the membership wants in their contract. After it is verified that there is only one response per member, the TXFER numbers will be deleted from the survey results before it is seen by the bargaining team.
