Call for Conference Session Proposals

Please note:

Proposals will be selected by the Metropolitan Waterfront Alliance; this is a competitive process, and not all proposals will be selected.

MWA reserves the right to modify accepted proposal session titles, descriptions, presenters, or other elements as necessary to ensure balance, quality, and audience appeal.

The deadline for submissions is Monday, January 12, 2015.

* 4. (Required) General Description
In no more than 200 words, provide a general description of the session's content, including main takeaways and overall concepts.

* 5. (Required) Outline of Session
In no more than 200 words, provide an outline of the session you are proposing, including a description of the format and length (time) and general flow of the session. Sessions are typically 1.5 hours max., including time for questions and answers, but you may propose something that varies from this.

List the proposed and confirmed speakers that will participate in your session (name, title, affiliation/company). If your proposal is selected, you will be asked to reconfirm your speakers and provide their contact information. Please note that the conference registration fee is waived for speakers.

If your session includes examples and case studies indicate the community, the significance, and the dates of the case studies or examples.
