There has been a lot of growth and change in our JHJC community and in an attempt to gain some insight as to how the membership is feeling about the direction of the JHJC and for the Board to understand what our members feel are priorities, we once again are asking you to take a few moments fill out this survey.

PLEASE NOTE: there are two pages to this survey and at the end there is an opportunity to ENTER TO WIN SOME GREAT PRIZES! Like a $50 gift card to Vom Fass (courtesy Kim and Gary Weiss) or a $75 gift card to The Liquor Store (gotta be at least 21 to win that one) or a $75 gift card to Whole Grocer (courtesy Steve and Kelly Zelikovitz).
