2014-2015 PARENT SURVEY/NEEDS ASSESSMENT Conducted by A.E.R.O.
Dear Parents/Guardians:
The Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (2004) requires that a Needs Assessment Survey be conducted annually for the purpose of planning training opportunities for staff and parents. Your participation in this survey is voluntary.
The survey results will be compiled and shared with our twelve member districts for the purpose of planning workshop opportunities. Your time and input are greatly appreciated.
An electronic survey (go to www.aerosped.org) is available (in English). Paper-based versions in English, Spanish, Polish and Arabic are available.
If you are completing a paper-copy of the survey, please return it your child's teacher so that he/she can send it to Barb Zachery at A.E.R.O.
