All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner which is favorable of the City and County of Denver and which demonstrates tact, courtesy and good judgment. During industry academy hours, a participant is expected to devote all their energy to the academy. Improper conduct is not acceptable and is ground for removal from the academy.

By continuing, you are in agreeance with the below terms.

I agree to:
 Report to the academy on time. If I am going to be late, contact my academy instructor and let them know.
 Perform my assigned duties in an efficient and/or effective manner;
 Properly use company equipment;
 Observe company safety rules and regulations.

I agree to not:
 Violate any company rule or regulation;
 Be Insubordinate;
 Fight or create a disturbance;
 Sleep, loaf on duty;
 Drink intoxicants or use of any illegal drug while on duty;
 Be absent without letting my instructor know;
 Have repeated attendance issues (i.e. tardiness or absenteeism);
 Take company property;
 Inappropriately use technology (i.e., electronic devices, social media)
 Be malicious, give false statements, or be abusive with my language against individuals;
 Be immoral or have indecent conduct;
 Unlawfully harass or intimidate my peers, instructor or the public;
 Damage or waste materials or equipment;
 Other actions deemed inappropriate by the academy host site.
