Nomination Form

This award, established in 2003, is designed to recognize an individual who has had a distinguished career as a public prosecutor. Eligible nominees include prosecutors with eighteen (18) or more years of prosecution experience in a city prosecutor, county attorney, and/or attorney general prosecution office.

This award will be given at the 2015 APAAC Annual Prosecutor Conference Awards Lunch, on June 18, 2015, for outstanding lifetime accomplishment sustained by an Arizona prosecutor who, during the course of his/her career, has made significant contributions to the protection of public safety and the administration of justice, and whose career exemplifies the highest standards of dedication and commitment demonstrated by a public prosecutor.

Award nominations must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., on May 1, 2015. The APAAC Council will review the nominations and select the winner at its May 15, 2015, Council Meeting.
