It is REQUIRED that all freshman/sophomore RA's/SLA's serve as Rho Chis in Panhellenic Recruitment.
Also, keep in mind that Rho Chis will not be able to serve as Orientation Leaders due to time conflict.
It is encouraged that applicants have had at least one year of recruitment experience, although this not a requirement. The application is also open to women currently abroad.
