In order to improve the procurement (tendering) experiences of suppliers, NEPO is requesting views from suppliers who regularly bid for work with any of the 12 North East Local Authorities.
This is the second year that we have undertaken the survey and aim to use your responses to:
1) Inform any changes to our practices as we move towards implementing the new EU Procurement Directive and Social Value Act
2) Understand where you, as suppliers, perceive there to be barriers and further our understanding on how to address these
3) Help us to prioritise partnership activities with business representative groups and other agencies and bodies.
You do not need to name which authority your experiences were with or provide your name/organisation if you wish to remain anonymous.
