The grades 9-12 workshop sessions will be held on Tuesday, August 5 with optional workshop activities on Wednesday, August 6. We are encouraging teachers to attend both Tuesday and Wednesday sessions and the MWM registration fee is the same whether you attend one or both days. Grade 9-12 teachers will attend their session on Tuesday and have the option of attending the second day of the grade 5-8 session (to see what material is taught before), the Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM) sessions, or the Beyond AP Statistics (BAPS) Workshop (separate registration and fee required) on Wednesday. Grade 5-8 teachers will attend the 5-8 workshop sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Note: To attend the MWM statistics workshop, you do not need to register for the Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM). During MWM, refreshments will be served. There will be a break for lunch (on your own). There will be some maps of area restaurants available and a free pass to visit the JSM Exhibit Hall, where there are also vendors selling lunch items.

Cancellation Policy: The program incurs substantial administrative costs related to your registration prior to the date(s) of the workshop. Written cancellations received in the ASA office by the registration deadline (July 15, 2014) will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after the registration deadline will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within three working days and no-shows are nonrefundable. All refunds are processed after the workshop is completed.
