Thank you for taking the time to help plan for mobility and public transportation options in your community. Your answers will help inform the update of the Local Mobility Plan that includes your community. This plan enables access to funding and other support to help improve mobility and public transportation for you and your community. This survey covers Clearwater County and Nez Perce County north of Culdesac.

Maintain and improve existing mobility options to ensure that network residents can depend on stable, quality service.
Expand the availability of existing mobility options within the network to include longer hours, Saturday and Sunday service and reduced headways (the time between buses going in the same direction.)
Expand mobility options within and to the Clearwater River corridor, surrounding communities, as well as the Nez Perce Reservation.
Ensure compatibility of mobility services.
Provide mobility services across the District with emphasis on a community to community connectivity.
Ensure access to non-motorized mobility alternatives within the District.
Develop intermodal facilities and nodes of connectivity throughout Clearwater County & Nez Perce County (north of Culdesac) that accommodates a range of mobility services.
Coordinate and market mobility services available within the network.
Provide comprehensive training opportunities for all transit and human service drivers, as well as consumers. Consumer training should focus on education and mobility training to include all mobility options.
Ensure there is no unnecessary duplication of services.
Generate local funding to assist in providing mobility services throughout the network.
Residents within the network need mobility options to destinations outside the network.
Dependable service with providers within the rural area.
Provide an informational public relations/communications effort to educate people about the available modes and transportation efforts for residents inside and outside of the network. Content needs to be provided to allow use by visually impaired users, etc.
Mobility service providers should ensure that their drivers are professional and respectful.
Means and process to collect customer comments regarding services.
Greater cooperation and coordination between tribal managed mobility resources and other mobility providers in the network.
Educate employers on ways mobility improves business well-being and creates competitive advantages.
Persons with disabilities should not be restricted from use of non-motorized pathways.

Operate mobility options in the City of Lewiston accessible to the general public; including complementary paratransit during hours of fixed route operations.
Expand mobility options and service times in the City of Lewiston to include, commuters, shift workers, evening classes and human services accessible to the general public.
Expand paratransit and ADA accessible mobility options to provide night and weekend service in the City of Lewiston.
Implement and operate intercity commuter service between Lewiston and Moscow.
Operate mobility options to connect the rural areas to Lewiston along highway corridor Hwy 12 & Hwy 3.
Expand current transit route system through Highway 12 and Highway 3 corridors from the Kendrick/Julietta area to the City of Lewiston to meet the needs of more rural residents, shift workers, students, and human services.
Expand commuter service along Highway 12 and 95 corridors into Lewiston through mobility options such as public transit, van pooling, ride sharing and volunteer driver programs.
