The SUMMIT is made possible primarily through Commission on Independent Colleges and Universities (CICU) NYGEAR UP grant funds. The PDW on Dec. 8 is organized by CICU and the College Board with assistance from CUNY NYGEAR UP. The NYGEAR UP grants are administered by the New York State Higher Education Services Corp, the state agency designated to administer NYGEAR UP. Remaining funds come from cIcu and cIcu member colleges and universities.
