Please answer the following questions. If you qualify based on this preliminary screening, you will be called and asked a few more questions. Once we confirm that you qualify to take part in this study, we can then sign you up to participate in the 1 hour telephone interview.
The telephone interview can be scheduled any weekday from December 2nd - December 13th, whenever is most convenient for you. It will last no more than 1 hour and for participating you will receive a $100 check after the research.
