2013-14 Mid-Year Survey for Support Professionals

Thank you for participating in this survey, which is being sent to all Support Professionals in Rhode Island. This is the first of two surveys you will receive during the 2013-14 school year. Similar to the process undergone during the 2011-12 school year during gradual implementation of the teacher evaluation and support system, RIDE is seeking to better understand Support Professional’s experiences with gradual implementation of your own evaluation model. Your feedback will help us identify the successes and challenges of implementation and guide model refinements and training as we prepare for next year’s full implementation. In some cases Support Professionals may work in multiple districts, please answer the questions based on the district that is primarily responsible for your evaluation.

This survey should require approximately 15 minutes. Most questions are multiple-choice though, at times, we ask for further explanation. While these types of answers take longer to respond to, they greatly help us understand your experience.
