2013-14 Mid-Year Survey for Cenral Office Administrators

Thank you for participating in this survey and sharing your experience with current evaluation systems in your district. There are two parts to this survey: the first asks you about your experience as an evaluator of building administrators; the second asks you about your experience with teacher evaluation in your district. Your responses to this survey will help us understand how practitioners experience evaluation and the evaluation model can be improved. Your feedback, along with that of teachers, support professionals, and building administrators in your district, will help identify the successes and challenges of implementing evaluation systems and will guide continued improvements.

This survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
