Social Events at the NTC
You come to the NTC to learn, but you stay at the NTC to build community and make friends. NTEN wants to help you connect with your peers and build a network of support to do your work when you're back at your desk.
We help create a calendar of social events for you so you can have friends to grab coffee with, enjoy a meal with peers, or see the sights with other attendees.
To be successful, an event or outing must have both sufficient interest and someone who offers to lead it. We will plan social events at the NTC based on the interest we see here.
The survey has four topic areas:
1. Dine-Arounds (small group dinners)
2. Coffee or Breakfast with Your Peers
3. Daytime Fun
4. Nightlife
Leading an Event If you offer to lead an event, we will give you all the logistical information - all you have to do is hold up a sign in the lobby to gather your group.
