The purposes of this PLT/PLC assessment:
1. To collect feedback from PLT/PLC participants in order to make data-informed decisions about growth and improvement for our work.
2. To collect longitudinal data related to the PLT/PLC restructuring at Westminster.
3. To model formative assessment practices in education.

PLT/PLC participants will have access to the full assessment results for their particular team/community.

Additionally, the quantitative results, as well as select (anonymous) narrative statements, may be shared with subsets of the entire faculty, if not the entire faculty. Finally, anonymous summary results of the quantitative data and qualitative responses may be shared with administrators. No names will be used when summary data is shared.
