2014 Sales Effectiveness Best Practices Study 1.1

1. Introduction

 
Thank you for agreeing to take part in The Complex Sale's sales effectiveness best practices assessment study. The focus of this study is to determine what strategies and tactics are truly having a positive impact on sales performance, and how often are companies leveraging those practices.

After asking you for a few demographic details about your sales force and your marketplace, we will ask for your input in relationship to five areas of sales: Personnel/Sales Culture, Sales Support/Training Services, Sales Cycle Execution, On-going Account Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems.

Your responses will be held in the strictest confidence, and will be used to produce aggregated summaries of what strategies and tactics are having the biggest impact on improving sales performance.

As an immediate "Thank You" for your time, at the end of the survey you will be able to download Rick Page's eBook "The Top Twenty Most Important Sales Best Practices for 2011 - What the world's top sales organizations are doing to get ahead and stay ahead".
