Cook Islands National Superannuation Member Survey October 2014

This survey was completed in October 2014 to gauge members understanding of the features and benefits of the Cook Islands National Superannuation Fund. The survey also asked members for opinions on 3 proposed changes to the fund being Investment Options, Portability, and Life Insurance policy wording. Finally the survey provided an opportunity to measure the customer service level provided to members.
