Business Process Analysis and Modelling Notation - Capacity Training Course Evaluation Template
The Operations Manager at the Independent Institute of Education (The IIE) requested that I conduct training in Business Processing Modelling and Analysis for their team. The training is mainly about developing business process models using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). The approach adopted is that of Design Thinking and the Business Process Management System (BPMS) respectively. Microsoft Visio is used as a central agent tool that controls the execution of process activities. The training sessions allow the participants to have a practical approach by developing interacting business process models using BPMN. The sessions encourage active learning.
