Yahara River Grocery Co-op 2017 Customer Survey

Welcome to Yahara River Grocery Co-op’s 2017 Survey!

There’s no denying that the organic industry—the movement that took root in the aisles of grocery cooperatives decades ago—has gone mainstream. The products that once differentiated co-ops from traditional supermarkets are now available everywhere, from the drugstore to the megastore, and at discounted prices that put no small amount of pressure on independent farmers, producers, and stores like YRGC.

At the Co-op, we’re feeling our way through this changing marketplace. With radically increased competition right here in our own town, there’s no question that we must adapt, and that’s where you come in, dear shopper. To determine our next steps, we need you to share your honest opinions and insights by filling out the survey that follows.

Tell us why you shop at the Co-op (or why you don’t). What products and services are important to you? What are we doing well? Where could we make improvements? Your responses will provide valuable information to the YRGC staff and Board of Directors as we move forward. This is your business, too; your feedback will help it become a better one.

In appreciation for your participation, upon completion of the survey you can enter to win one of three $50 YRGC gift cards. One entry per person. Winners will be contacted following the closing of the survey.

Thank you for being a Co-op shopper and for your thoughtful responses. We appreciate your ongoing support of Yahara River Grocery Co-op!
