Welcome to our Mission and Community Survey!

Yorkminster Park Baptist Church is starting a listening process to better understand how we serve our church family and our community. We want to hear how "community engagement" and "mission" looks and feels to you. Along with this survey, we are also hosting group discussions and interviews. Taking this survey is completely voluntary. Your answers are private and confidential, and we will only look at the combined results as a whole group.

Your answers will help us figure out:

  • New opportunities to grow and serve
