You are invited to participate in a survey being conducted by Frankston City Council on safety in the Young Street, Frankston area. The purpose of the survey is to collect information from people aged 18 years or over on levels of perceptions of safety and anti-social behaviour.
The area relevant to this survey is: Young Street between Wells Street and Beach Street, together with side streets off Young Street - including Wells Street to Park Row, Gallery Lane, Station Street, Ross Smith Avenue East, Clyde Street Mall, ROWY, Ross Smith Lane inclusive.
