We are delighted you are applying for the Young Executive of the Year Award as part of the Deloitte Top 200 in 2018. This award provides an opportunity to honour standout individuals from a Deloitte Top 200 company or Top 30 financial organisation, who are prepared to go beyond perceived limitations and strive for personal and organisation excellence. This award is also an opportunity to recognise emerging talent within New Zealand's largest companies, and identify and celebrate the leaders of tomorrow.

Following a comprehensive judging process, finalists will be contacted in late September 2018 and asked to participate in an interview with the Young Executive judging panel. This interview will be held at Deloitte, 80 Queen St, Auckland, in late September/early October.

The winner will be announced at the Deloitte Top 200 Awards held on Wednesday 21 November 2018 at Spark Arena in Auckland. All entries will receive feedback from the review panel in the weeks following the Award announcement.

Applicants for the Young Executive of the Year Award must meet the following minimum requirements:
- must be currently employed by a Deloitte Top 200 company or Top 30 financial institution
- must have been employed in their current position for at least 18 months
- must be aged 38 years of age or less as of 1 January 2018
