The State of the Next Generation - Young Professionals Research Project
Welcome. Thank you for taking part. This survey is a joint initiative between ARITA and Olvera Advisors and serves as the evidence base for an annual report on the next generation of restructuring and insolvency professionals in Australia.
The report will be shared publicly with the profession and firms, and the insights will directly shape the programming, events, and resources ARITA offers young professionals, as well as inform how firms invest in skills, wellbeing, and career development.
WHO SHOULD COMPLETE THIS SURVEY: Young Professionals working in or alongside restructuring, insolvency and turnaround practice in Australia, typically with under ten years of post-qualification experience.
TIME REQUIRED: Approximately 15-20 minutes.

PRIVACY AND ANONYMITY: Responses are collected anonymously. Demographic and firm-level data are used only to segment and contextualise findings in aggregate. No individual responses will be identifiable in any published output. Verbatim quotes may be used, stripped of any identifying detail, unless you indicate otherwise at the end of the survey.
