Thank you for your interest in sharing a confirmed youth event or opportunity as part of the Year of Creative Youth! Complete the following survey to share details on your public program or event.

The City of Chicago website is a public-facing site and all submissions are subject to review. To be considered for inclusion, event must be fully confirmed and all required fields must be completed. Events and opportunities are expected to have open attendance capacity and be accessible or shareable with the general public. We cannot guarantee updates to content based on remaining ticket sales or other changes once published. Timing of website updates will vary but is estimated to be on a bi-weekly basis. Questions?
