End of Year Green Schools Program 2025

The end of the school year is quickly approaching and we are wrapping up our 2024-2025 Green Schools Program! Thank you all so much for your hard work and participation in the program this year.

Please take a few minutes to provide feedback on the end of the year and your participation in the Green Schools Program and feel free to leave any comments regarding your participation in next years program.

DEADLINE TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY AND RECIEVE YOUR END OF YEAR CELEBRATION KIT- April 4, 2025

3.By completing this end of year survey, you are eligible to receive an End of Year Celebration Kit filled with prizes for recognition and gifts for you and your green team.

I want to make sure that each kit contains items that your students and your school will actually use. Please check the items below that your school would like in your end of year kit (other items will be included in addition to those listed below).

4.If your school participated in the Fantastic Plastic Competition, please list the lbs. of bags/stretchy plastics that your school collected as well as the number of students at your school.
5.Does your school need new recycling bins for your classroom?  Each school can request up to 3. Please indicate how many you would need.
6.Please provide a summary of accomplishments regarding the 2024-2025 Green Schools Program. This summary should be at least five sentences.

If you set goals at the beginning of the year but had a change of plans, please share those as well. This will help direct the program moving forward and provide me with information to better support your efforts in the future.(Required.)
7.Were there any concerns that you had regarding the Green Schools Program last year? Any ways to improve? Methods to improve waste reduction?  I am open to any and all suggestions. I will take all feedback into consideration in planning for next year.(Required.)
