Survey for Military Members and Veterans (SYNC App)

Welcome to the Military / Veteran Rideshare / Food Delivery Survey

A new Rideshare / Food Delivery specifically to support the military community is being created by two military personnel. One is an Active-Duty USAF SSgt Flight Nurse/Medic stationed in Florida and the other is a Retired USN Chief Hospital Corpsman who lives in Virginia. They partnered a few years ago to tackle this insurmountable problem. 

There is already a lot of excitement around the concept of this new Rideshare / Food Delivery app just for military / veteran members to help with seamless movement on and off base for base personnel who don't have a vehicle. 

It also promises to significantly impact the issue of >9 million missed appointments by veterans identified in a 2018 report about the benefits of improving transportation for vets to improve their quality of care outcomes.

6.If offered the opportunity to download and use a Rideshare app that allows those On Base without transportation to get an Uber/Lyft "type ride" from anywhere on base to anywhere else on or even off base OR off base back on base without the need to be dropped off at the gate only to have to hoof 1, 2 or more miles, how likely are you to use something like this?(Required.)
7.If able to schedule your Rideshare needs for up to 30 - 90 days in advance would such a standard feature be important to you, especially if you needed regular transportation to medical or other planned appointments?(Required.)
8.If you had access to a NEW app that allows food delivery on base, which is restricted right now, how important would that be to you?(Required.)
9.Would you consider being a rideshare or food delivery driver to support military and/or non-military personnel including family members or help areas veterans have a safer, timelier, and more reliable way to get to and from regular medical or other scheduled appointments, including a better pay structure would being a part / full-time driver appeal to you?(Required.)
