As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that your co-op provides the best possible shopping experience, our board requires the General Manager to report on the quality of our customer relations. We could think of no one more qualified to answer these questions than you, our members and customers, so we are asking that you take a quick minute (literally, one minute, unless you start leaving comments, which, of course, we would LOVE to hear...) to complete this questionnaire.
