This research study is a survey that asks about what moms do when they are awake at night to take care of their 0-6 month-old baby with questions about activities and lighting levels. It will take about 5 minutes to complete.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Participating in this study is voluntary: you don’t have to participate at all and deciding not to will not have any penalty to you; you do not have to answer every question (you can type in N/A to any question you do not want to answer), and you can stop at any time. All the information you give us will be kept as confidential as legally possible. We do not know of any potential risks from participating in this study, but if you may skip any questions that make you uncomfortable. If you want to know more about your baby’s sleep you can visit: www.nationalsleepfoundation.com. You may not receive any direct benefit from this study, but the study may eventually benefit others. You will not be charged for being in the study. If you complete the entire survey and choose to input your mailing address, you will have a Scratch and Win (Scratch-off) lottery ticket mailed to you as a thank you for your participation.
