Start times on the volunteer form reflect ARRIVAL TIME at our studios. End times reflect anticipated departure time from the studio.

The Scheduling Committee will assign shifts on a first come, first served basis.

Individual volunteer cards must be returned by March 19. Groups of 6 or more must return cards together by March 12.

Your final schedule will be mailed to you by April 6.

Training for volunteers is Monday, April 23 at 7pm. More information will arrive with your final schedule.
