Thank you for your interest in applying for The Writer & Director Masterclass in partnership with Screen Tasmania. 
 
Before you proceed, please read the eligibility points below:
  • You must be a Tasmanian resident (at least for the last 12 months)
  • You must be able available to attend the workshop at Wide Angle, South Hobart (TAS) for the two day workshop, 26-27 October 2019 and make your own travel arrangements / accommodation as required. 
  • You are obliged to cover the workshop fee of $100 (for ADG/ AWG Members) / $150 (for non ADG/ AWG Members) if you are successful. The payment must be done by contacting the ADG office (P: 02 9555 7045 / E: chantelle@adg.org.au) by Wednesday 16 October 2019.
  • You are required to provide your current Directorial OR Writers CV
  • You must be able to provide the ADG with links (minimum two projects) of your past works as part of your application

Assessment and selection

Industry professionals affiliated with the Australian Directors’ Guild and Screen Tasmania will assess applications. They’ll take in to account the development and quality of the project in the application, the skill and career stage of the applicant and the applicant’s availability to attend the two-day workshop.
