We want to know more about how AI is being used in your workplace. This survey has been designed to gauge employee sentiment, AI usage, and understanding of AI-driven tools being used by the employer.

These questions determine how frequently and for what purposes you are using AI tools at your workplace.
1.On a scale of 1-4, where 1 is not concerned at all and 4 is extremely concerned, how concerned are you about the impact of AI on your work?
