We are the Argao Center for Psychological Services and we are currently working on a research regarding workplace mental health, with the long-term goal of developing a framework that various organizations, companies, and employers can use in providing the much needed mental health programs for their employees.

Our study aims to:
  • Determine if workplaces in the Philippines are promoting mental health awareness, addressing mental health concerns, and if they are mental health friendly.
  • Understand how mental health concerns are affecting work productivity, workplace safety, and relationships.
  • Develop an assessment tool that can be used by companies and employers in the delivery of appropriate mental health services. 
Our study will involve individuals who are employed in any company, organization, institution, or business in the Philippines and who are at least 18 years old. For you to participate, please take a few minutes to answer the following questions completely and honestly.
