Vaughan Public Libraries is undertaking a Special Area Study that will assess the need for library services in the West Woodbridge area. This community – the area generally bounded by Kipling Avenue to the east, Highway 407 to the south, Highway 27 to the west, and the Humber River to the north – was identified as a potentially underserved area in the 2018 Active Together Master Plan. The possibility of establishing a new library branch at Father Ermanno Bulfon Community Centre will be explored as an option to complement existing branches and enhance service to existing and future residents.

Information from this survey will assist in determining the preferred strategy for delivering effective and efficient library services in the West Woodbridge community.

     • This survey will be available until May 28, 2021 and should take about 10 minutes to complete.
     • Only one submission per person is permitted.
     • Respondents should be age 16 and older. You are encouraged to include all family members in your responses.
     • Complete as many of the questions as you can, but do not feel obligated to respond to questions that you do not know.
     • Your responses will be kept confidential and will be reproduced in summary form only.
