The winner receives a trophy, certificate, and the opportunity to share their story, celebrating women who embody leadership and positive impact in the Southside community and beyond.

Nomination Process:
1. The nomination period is open from March 8, 2024, to May 3, 2024.
2. Nominations can be submitted online through the official award website or in person at designated collection points.

Review and Selection:
1. A panel of distinguished judges, including respected individuals from the community and business sector, will meticulously review all nominations.
