This form can be used to submit information about new retirees from Local Associations in WOEA.
We would like the opportunity to extend the gift of membership and congratulations to those that have retired in 2018. We realize this is a busy time of year, but we need your help. For your convenience, you can use this form to submit information about your retirees. If you would rather email the information, please send the list to: woea@woea.org.
There is room to list ten retirees. If you have more than ten, please submit the first ten and start over with a new form.
Please submit your list of retirees by July 1, 2018.
