Woodlawn Marketplace Retail Vendor Application

This application is for those interested in being considered for placement as a retail vendor within the Woodlawn Marketplace brick and mortar at 5530 1st Ave S.
Please read the following carefully before moving on.

The Woodlawn Marketplace (WMP) serves as a retail incubator designed to support seasoned Woodlawn Street Market (WSM) vendors exploring varying points of business growth. It also strives to be a place to serve the community of Woodlawn.
 
There are currently two anchor vendors (Pearls Woodlawn & Trvl Love Koffee), offering food and coffee service & responsible for staffing: W-Sat, 7am to 3pm and Sun 8am to 1pm.
The marketplace retail area serves as a third anchor and is the purpose of this application. There are currently 9 retail vendors within the space. 

To be a vendor who is featured in the retail area we are considering the following:
-Have been a Woodlawn Street Market Vendor
-Have established branding 
-Have scalability as a business growth goal (Priority will be given to those with an active eCommerce component).
-Have a defined distribution model (or looking to refine this to fully immerse/grow in a brick-and-mortar environment).
Those meeting the above that are then selected will be required to fulfill the following to participate:
-Obtain a micro license under REV for $25 (same model the City Of Birmingham uses with Pepper Place).
-Establish a Sales Tax Deposit with the City Of Birmingham (Annual: $150, same model used with Pepper Place).
-Commit to checking in/replenishing inventory on a weekly basis
-Agree to an admin fee of 12% on each sale
-Agree to a monthly pay out schedule
