UServeUtah seeks to build and cultivate capacity in the volunteer and service community throughout the state of Utah. We function as a resource and consultant for Utah nonprofits, businesses, and municipalities. As a part of our mission, we provide resources for Utah businesses to develop high-impact Employee Volunteer Programs. An Employee Volunteer Program (EVP) is defined as a planned, managed effort that seeks to motivate and enable employees to effectively serve community needs through the leadership of the employer.
