Artist space fee: $150 non-refundable (fee is only paid if you are selected for the market)
 
SELECTION CRITERIA:
The EAC Winter Art Market seeks to showcase unique, original, contemporary, and diverse fine art, and high-quality, hand-made products. We are looking for artists who exhibit professionalism and quality to our patrons, have a clear brand identity, and a variety of price points.
 
APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
• Please note, all EAC communication regarding the market will be conducted by email.

• If you choose to apply to the EAC Winter Art Market as an artist group or a collective, each group member must apply to the market as an individual (group applications will not be accepted). Please indicate the name of your co-applicant(s) in your application.

• Please provide 3 images of your artwork and 1 image of your display booth. Applications without images of their displays will be at a severe disadvantage. Files must be less than 6 MB. Allowed file types: jpg, pdf.

• Applications will not be considered after Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Artists and artisans selected for the Winter Art Market will be notified of acceptance on Friday, November 4, 2022.  

• If you are accepted into the market, you will need to pay your artist space fee by Friday, November 11, 2022, prior to the event.
 
• EAC staff will assign vendor spaces during set up.  Special accommodations and requests can be made, but not guaranteed. 

• We ask that artists display their products in a dynamic, professional manner that compliments the vision of their work.

• Accepted artists must attend and stay the full duration of the Winter Art Market for the scheduled dates: Friday, December 9th and Saturday, December 10th.

• Artists can set up their work on Thursday, December 8th, 1 – 4 pm and must have spaces finished for presentation by 9:30 am Friday, December 10th. Each day of the Art Market there will be 1 hour before and after for arts space maintenance.

• Artists are responsible for all their sales transactions, ie. cash, checks, and credit card sales.

• EAC will not take a commission from artworks sold.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
• Your materials must fit into the space you reserved and be designed to separate you from your neighbors.

• No Refunds: refunds for applications, art space fees, etc. are not issued.

• Artist set-up is confined to the purchased art space. (All spaces will be measured and marked.)

• Storage areas located outside the art space footprint is prohibited, please take extra items to your vehicle.

• No sound systems in art spaces.

• Participants agree that EAC shall have the right to use vendor photos for publicity or marketing purposes.

• Artists may not re-sell, share with an unaccepted vendor or sub-let any portion of their space. Any violation of these stipulations by vendors will result in expulsion from the Art Market, without fee refund.

• Artists must keep their space open all hours of the market days.
