US Winter Signups

Please indicate below which winter team(s) you would like to tryout for starting Nov. 6. You may try out for more than one team, so please indicate each of your choices below. Gator Tennis is offered as a pay-per-session activity in Feb. See signup at end of form.
8th Graders: You may join 7/8 teams, which begin Nov. 13, or you can choose to tryout for a jv or varsity team. Keep in mind you need to take the APP BEFORE tryouts begin on Nov. 6 unless you have already passed the APP for the fall and have NOT had a birthday since then. Please see Ms. Levy.

Please select EACH date that you would like to sign your daughter up for Gator Tennis. There is a $75 per session fee to cover chaperone, transportation and court costs. Please note, if we are able to accommodate your request, your daughter will be expected to attend.
