FEAST! 2022 Craft Alcohol Vendor Registration |
The FEAST Local Foods Network invites craft wine, cider, brewers and distillers to join us for FEAST!, November 5th, 2022 at the Mayo Convention Center, Rochester, MN. There is no cost to participate.
Wine and Cider sales are allowed! Thanks to a Minnesota Wine Festival statute, vendors who are licensed as Farm Wineries are permitted to make retail sales of bottles at the event. Attendees are permitted to purchase up to 6 bottles of wine at the festival. We ask vendors to limit their offerings to six varieties per company.
Stipend for breweries: because breweries are not covered by the above statute, breweries will receive a small stipend to help offset costs of attendance. We will send you the brewery stipend form after the event. Contact elena@local-feast.org for more information.

Saturday, November 5 | Mayo Civic Center - Rochester, MN
Vendor load in - 7:30-9:30 AM || Public hours: 10 AM - 4 PM — All vendor booths must be staffed during this time
Convention Center staff check ID’s at the show entrance and “wrist band” all attendees, so you do not need to check IDs. Exhibitors need to be 21 years of age. We ask you to conduct the sale at your show booth and we will fulfill the orders as guests leave the show.
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY FEAST:
· Tubs to chill beverages
· Ice
· Dump buckets
· Pitchers
· Tasting glasses
· Table with skirt (42" high, 8' long, 30" wide with a plastic covering on top)
· 8'x10' booth (pipe and drape is black)
WHAT TO BRING:
· Your beverages! Please limit your pours to small tasting sizes
· Bottles for sale
· Signage
· Any take-home material for the public (coupons, flyers, etc.)
· Business cards
· Note, merch sales are not permitted except for breweries and distilleries (since they're not allowed to sell their beer & spirits).
