In an effort to best meet the needs of the Windsor-Essex community, The Windsor Pride Community & Resource Centre is currently engaging in a strategic planning process to set its direction for the next three to five years. As a valued community member and supporter of our organization, your perspectives and experiences are invaluable in informing our renewed vision and ensuing growth. This brief survey provides us an opportunity to consult with you, a valued community stakeholder.
We have engaged the United Way/Centraide Windsor-Essex County as an experienced and esteemed third party to assist us in the strategic planning process. United Way will be collecting the anonymous responses and preparing a summary report that will be applied in our subsequent strategic planning sessions. Individual questionnaires will not be shared with the Windsor Pride Community & Resource Centre; there will be no personal identifiers in the data we receive or analyze.
Although your participation is voluntary, your input is central to the meaningful and targeted growth of our organization. As an expression of gratitude, each person who completes the survey will be entered into a draw to win a round-trip VIA rail pass from Windsor- Toronto.
It is our sincerest hope that you will assist us in our efforts to collect data that represents an accurate voice of our most important asset, our community.
We are requesting that all surveys be completed no later than Aug 10, 2015.
